When i started the squat, i never really had any problems. but now that i have increased weight, lately arm has felt sore, almost as if it has lost circculation?
i tried moving arm to a wider grip during squats to let blood run, and it worked for awhile, but now having arm up at all during squats hurts it.
search the sleeper stretch and do that before squatting...also try taking your small and maybe second smallest fingers off the bar if you can still hold it
