Mass building routine - limited equipment

Post by Neznat »

I'm looking to bulk up a lot, I'm currently about 5'11 and 120lb, age 16. I can only really exercise at home at the moment (could run but surely that wouldn't help me bulk up?) with a set of spinlock dumbbells weighing 15kg (33lb.)

Basically I could use a routine as I know almost nothing. Time isn't an issue, I have plenty of time every day.

Are the weights you have adjustable? If so just lower the weight down to 7kg. If not then you may want to invest in a couple of lighter ones. Also look into supplements like creatine and protein. I prefer Six Star products.
