I need a schedule that I can write down and follow each day......I need to go into the gym knowing WHAT to do instead of wandering around aimlessly just lifting weights. I NEED A PLAN

I'm 5'10" with a medium to large frame.......somewhat muscular but I need to firm and tone up. 40 year old with a little pudge on the front and love handles on the side. Right now I bench in the 250 range.....but I've always wanted to hit 300 lbs and I figure I better git-r-dun before the years keep on ticking by !!!!
I'm wanting to get down to around 170 - 175 and start wearing all of the 32" jeans I have. I want to increase chest, biceps, lats, and traps.......big traps are KEWL !!!!
