BCAA's??

Post by paintball26 »

I've been doing research on them and they seem like a good investment. I was wondering your thoughts on these, seeing as some of sources might not of been that great. [/i]

branch chain amino acid.
haven't started them yet, but will do so soon. from the referals I've had, sounds like a good idea if you are doing intense work out sessions and want to remain in an anabolic state during them.

It's a way of getting Amino Acids in an alternative form to Powders.

Some people like them as they don't really require mixing, and they don't really have any possible taste issues, like some powders might.

The only downside I could see with them, is the lack of Carbs, and therefore muscle recovery might be lower quality, compared to a powder with some Complex carb source in it.

So I've seen the BCAA powder. Is it still benificial to take that after I'm already taking protein shakes and glutamine powder?
