videeo 1 - i wish i'd done gymnastics as a kid...the bar pull up things are muscle ups...sure you need to be strong (i couldnlt do one) but there's some good technique to be learnt for it too...i think www.ringtraining.com has an article on it

video 2 - some good stuff i'll steal from there...i can do those side to side plyo push ups too

video 3 - some bloody hard pull up variations there ecspecially the full around the world ones and the ones at the end where he holds the top and presses in and out...i'll try these today if i can find the right bars

one of bestest friends actually could do a muscle up .. him n i started that whole tricking n parkour thing, n we're both still keepin up with it .. we both learned moves like the 360 kick and crescent (he got em down first) splits at the same time, L seat, back flip, frog stand ..
he could do things that i cant like tuck plank(advanced frog stand), muscle ups but i could do things he cant like left-handed and right handed cartwheel, handstands n the funny thing, i bench more then he does .. but he's a beast, n it'd take me hours to beat him up (if i can)

i think muscle up more then anything as u said requires proper technique .. i think agility is a key in this one

i tried the side to side pushups i only got like 4 jumps lol .. thats crazy props to u man!

all except the main bloke who's massive, are very small lightweight men...you don't actually see the big bloke do anything except curl a hollow bin...so really these blokes aren't super strong but their relative strength (strength to bodyweight ratio) is excellent...probably couldn't deadlift a pencil though

tried muscle ups for the first time the other and managed to pretty ordinary one's

watch this video:

a muscle up is what he does from 00:21 - 00:23

haha sweet .. i STILL havent tried it though, i didnt even find a place to do it .. pull bars at gym dont exist lol, they only have pull up grips .. n the bar at gym is pretty close to the cieling so if i do a muscle up i'd be sayin hi to the ppl on the first floor lol .. n ya

i did 6 hours of construction today, needed the money cuz i spent to much on friends nite out 2 daays ago lol. ya n it knocked me out especially back, but im still good for jog, so i'ma go n work out chest and abs (although abs got hit suffiecently today) .. i had 2 scoops of whey that i was supposed to have yesterday today during construction, and another 2 scoops at time at the gym in a bit ..
cuz thing is i arrived at the gym at 7:45 and i didnt kno the fuckers close it at 8 on weekends .. so i'm forced to do it today.

any mistakes on plan B ?

Splits alone (sinking into the stretch) doesn't require much strength, it is more about relaxation. Generally you will develope RoM strength in your adductors.

Active splits I find more impressive, as you need incredible strength in your abductors to pull into them and deactivate your adductors.
