YIKES!!! missed a workout!!

i missed the heavy quads/hams yesterday .. so what i'm thinking is doing them today, and as for the full-body/20min cardio tomorrow, i'll just keep it easy on the squats n deads .. good idea?
besides, legs were extremely sore yesterday ..
okay fine, i'll admitt it, during the 20 minutes of steady state cardio on teusday, i cheated n incorporated some sprints, i did the jogging with variety (backwards, sidestepping)
all on the treadmill by the way

did i terrorize effort on this week ?? its just that i love intensity n working hard--its hard for me to 'just' jog for 20 - 30 minutes lol :P

do the heavy workout as planned and then do half of 1 circuit day and cardio after that...

do the workout as planned, you'll start using muscle with sprints...

train through soreness...
