okay fine, i'll admitt it, during the 20 minutes of steady state cardio on teusday, i cheated n incorporated some sprints, i did the jogging with variety (backwards, sidestepping)
all on the treadmill by the way
did i terrorize effort on this week ?? its just that i love intensity n working hard--its hard for me to 'just' jog for 20 - 30 minutes lol
