I h ave heard alot about this shakes and i know if it's worth taking...I don't really eat breakfast which i know i should...
Just joinded a gym for the first time which i'm so looking forward too...I'm about 130kg and i just want to get fit and get alot of muscle all in the right places...
I wanna look like Batista on smackdown...
Well i'm hoping too anyway...
Bottom line is i'm willing to do what ever it takes to be like that...
