Lower Fat (When Sitting Down)

Post by felguard »

Just as topic states. When I'm standing, stomach is flat and I can see the abs. But when I'm sitting down, lower fat turns to a horizontal hill. Is this just lower fat or excess skin? How do I lose it?

You're probably just compressing a bit if skin outwards.

If so, then when you stand up it taughtens itself more.

I wouldn't be too concerned about that right now, unless you get a bit of pooch when you're older, even when standing up.

I see, thanks. So it'll be fat that's causing it though right? Because when I stand and try to squeeze as much skin as I can with hand, there's only very little, but when I sit down and squeeze, it's like 2-3 times as much.

Well it will be some Fat, but potentially a bit of skin too, as if you're sitting down, your Back and other parts of the mid to lower Torso, would be pushing those things out a little bit.

Oh okay. Errr, I hate excess skin! Maybe even more than fat. Thank you for the clarification.
