need help , suffering from prolapsed disc problem

Hi, I am new to fittness world. Hence not ware of what kind of weifht training exercises can I do?
Also I want to know what kinda exercises can i do without causing any injury to back. I need to lose around 28 kgs of weight. But dont do most of things with the fear causing stress on back.

Pls help me with the type of exercises that can be done.

Most Back exercises should be fine providing you use good technique, unless you have any underlying Back problems, I can't see a problem.

You could do starter exercises like Bent over Barbell Rows, Dumbbell Rows, Cable / Pulley Rows, Reverse Pec Dec Flyes,

not sure of the difference btw a prolapsed disc and a herniated disc but here's what to do for a herniated / slipped disc

improve hip mobility such as AP Swings, SS Swings, Knee Hugs, Pull Back Butt Kicks then progress when you can without difficulty

improve core/lumbar stability with Bird Dogs, Bridges and Front / Side Bridge...Single Leg work only

search google or youtube if not sure of these exercises
