Only potential problems is the 200mg Sodium or 1/5 of a gram, but it depends on serving size.

I mean doesn't look too bad, but Carb content is a bit insufficient, and Protein is weak, so you'd have to double up on pottions, and then the Sodium content becomnes more of an issue.

I've read somewhere that the "oil" that is OLean sucks up lots of vitamins and other nutrients, and then you defecate it (vs. fat where it goes to your blood stream) along with those valuable nutrients.

I used to take vitamins with a meal where I also eat those chips. I wonder if those chips defeat the purpose of vitamins then.

I know it tastes awesome, but I just switched to pretzels- low fat or fat-free.

Sounds like Olean might be one of those Fat replacers or Mimetics.

Olean has a side effect of ' leakage'. While I don't recall specifically having that problem after eating some, it didn't rest well on stomach and it also left a greasy feeling inside mouth. Personally, I would stick with eating something like triskets instead to satisfy that salty craving.
