How do you lose scale weight when you are working out hard.I don't think it is possible!
Then you need to eat 6 meals a day, every 2.5-3 hours, and start out at around 350-400 calories a meal, and I'd say minimum 25g Protein per meal.
You can't lsoe fat easily when bulking. Some muscle increase will help, but ideally, unless you're lergely overweight, then ideally, you want to be doing something like what I suggested, then I'd reccomend, if results stall, increase cals by about 50 a meal, so you get an extra 300 a day.
Don't be tempted to suddenly eat about 3,500 if your upper limit initially has been around 2,100-2,400, incase you create an initial high excess, and the biody converts it to Fat, as your body will need additional calories when your results stall, but I'd still say about 50 a meal, 300 a day, as a increase, to start up results after a stall, without having too much surplus the body doesn't need, so you keep any fat gains with muscle low.
