heres the thing i am currently 6 ft1 and a bit and 15 1/2st i want to loose around a stone but at the same time gain strengh and get super fit and quicken up! i dont want a lot i kno lol
if any one would post a cardio and weights routine that can help me i would be very thankful,
i am able to train everyday and use a gym so no limit on equipment
can any1 help??
