Work schedule change need some ideas!

Hi Everyone:

I just took on a second job at a gym main job is a circuit trainer. The hours are throwing meal time off and just looking for some suggestions.

Looks like this: (3 days a week)

4:30 am Protein shake

7:00 am breakfast usually egg whites and cereal

10:30am a banana (or other fruit)

******work out after shift around 11:00******

1:30 Turkey sandwich on whole wheat (or something about the same)

4:30 Fruit and cottage cheese

7:30 Dinner lean meat veggies and some form of starch

These days are good but here is where I run into trouble

2 days a week I go in at 5pm and leave at 9pm so will be switching dinner till 4:30 and don't eat anything till after 9pm the question is what should I have after work another protein shake or something like that?

Also some morning I dont start off with a shake cus I dont go into work early so I just start off with Breakfast.

*****the last senario is Satuday and Sunday******
I work from 7am till 12pm so I skip the mid morning snack.


Please tell me what you think!

What is your goal? Fat loss, general fitness, etc? If it is fat loss, a piece of lean meat with veggies and a small amount of fat would be fine. If it is just general fitness, you could have a small serving of a strachy carb as well.
I would also recommend eating something more than a banana before your workout.
