I was just reading the nutrition thing in Protien shake, and I DID NOT notice this before, and I really really need to know
What on earth is SUGAR ALCOHOL?
Does it means it's alcohol..what the heck is it?
If it is...then I'm fucked up, big time.
I really need to know this ASAP.
NEED ANSWER ASAP.

To understanding, it's the same Sugar source as used in Alcohol, probably Maltose, I would guess.
However in relation to your shakes, it shouldn't produce the same outcome, because the ingredients it is brewed with in many Alcohol forms, would produce a catalytic reaction, not present in your shakes.
In the instance of a shake, it would be used to elevate Bloodsugar levels after exercise, although the effects of it with the other ingredients, would mostly be attributed to Organs such as the Kidneys, and not the Liver, (if at all), like Alcohol does.
