i need some help

hey kan some one help me
well i wana get like buff like bigger muscle and stuff
rite now i do 4 sets and 12 reps for every muscle
and i do like 2 or 3 work outs for like every muscle
on
1 day i do traps,shoulders and chest
on day 2
i do tricep, bicep and forearm

but ya kan u ppl help me out

oh and by the way im new 2 this forum
and im 5'8 and im 14
