SECOND I WORK OUT LEGS ON MANDAY WHICH INCLUDES QUADS,CALVES, AND HAMSTRINGS
THEN ON WENSDAY SHOULDERS,BICEPS,TRICEPS, AND FOREARMS
THEN ON FRIDAY, CHEST THEN BACK ON SUN OK IS ROUTINE OK OR WHAT SHOUDL I CHANGE?
THIRD I ASK PEOPLE WHO HAVE BIG MUSCLES AND THEY SAID PUT A LOT OF WIEGHT TILL I CAN ONLY DO 15 THEN REST FOR A FEW MIN OK THAT MUCH WIEGHT TO GET REAL BIG MUSCLES AND I NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY REPS,SETS, AND ETC

alright...post your entire training program with all sets, reps, wt and rest along with your nutrition plan...i'll go through the entire thing and see what your doing and what improvements can be made although i've already explained to you the workout opart but some people just have to do curls and body part splits etc even though it's not the best way to go and there more than likely to getting ahead of themselves doing so
