Is this HIIT exercise good?

Post by snorkles »

I have seen many saying that sprinting is good. in case one is going to a vacation or somewhere where he cannot be able to sprint due to lack of space or because he desont know the place is running on the spot good? and i mean running as fast as possible. i tried it once it did increase heart rate a lot.

and i may be missing some HIIT exercises. jumping rope and jumping on the spot are the other alternatives?

if one had to rate the best HIIT exercises from 1-5 what would they be? thanks

You can use HIIT for any exercise you want not only on cardio like..Pushups , burpees, Bench press, Squat , Cleans etc etc...and this will sure enough Kick ur arse no matter which exercise you choose. :)

A brutal form of HIIT is called Tabata where you work 8 sets of 10 seconds rest and 20 sec work in 4 min span.

thanks.i really liked the tabata workout.

is it better to have 10 mins for example of each? rope, tabata squat thrusters and tuck jumps or should i focus on a particular exercise and change it every time i do HIIT (3-4 times a week)

just do 4mins of one exercise as a finisher to each of your workouts should do enough but i think you'll also need some longer interval type stuff

-Tabata squats or trusters
-jumping rope
