I've heard Trubulus isn't all that hot.

plus it just looks like some kind of Casein, with additional Aminos added in, and some B Vitamins mostly.

Probably works, but looks pricey, so probably would be better using something like Whey isolate, mixed with Glutamine, and stacked with 0.5-1 Muiltivit to get your B Vits and other stuff.

It does, but I don't think it's all that wonderful. I've heard that it can be a a bit overhyped on performance, and its effects are not as great as are made out to be.

Also recent studies against a plecebo group, show Trubulus didn't match up to the placebo group, and the only discernable, or significant strength increases off Tribulus seemed to be when someone used a Leg Press.

It's also toxic to Sheep, and as I believe Australia is one source for Tribulus bloom, so you might want to beware of eating Mutton or Lamb, that has come from an animal that ate some

Then again, maybe those ones get put down, and incinerated, before they reach the table.

All jestign aside, the only thing it is supposedly pretty good for, is sexual health. Doesn't seem to effect hormones much.
