lossing fat and gaining muscle

hi, recently ive been thinking about trying to get into shape and need some help. Im a 14 y/o who isnt exactly fat but not in the best of shape. I want to tone up does anyone have any help for me on this and if so how long would it take to get into shape?

Timeframe unknown. Body type, diet, training etc etc, all contribute to length of results. To say 3 months, or 4 months etc, would be just guessing.

What is diet like currently? Meals? Times?

diet is getting better less junk stuff but dont really have any meal times exactly

search google for "your body is a barbell' and do as prescibed for training...for food eat lots of soild protein, fruits, veggies and salads and less sugarry shit and fast foods
