should i be eating after a workout that is just cardio?
and is this too much cardio?
i usually eat a fair bit during the day, not heavy foods, cant live without beer thats the worst i do.

Firstly I'd be inclined to say, you're doing too much Cardio. I'd do it once a day, and look to increase cals a bit, to about 1,600.
I think with cals at current levels, and all the Cardio and weights you'e doing Metabolism is being affected and muscle mass may be compromised.
Yes you should eat after Cardio. Bloodsugar is low, so simple Carb is best, like a Scoop of Protein powder for example, which usually has something like Maltodextrin in it. I'd do that instead of the C C.

intrigued by the user name....
as bossman said too much cardio and go for once a day at most...the point of interval training is to use as much intensity (speed and/or resisitance) as you can meaning you shouldn't be able to ado it for longer than 20mins...if doing an hour than your not doing "real" interval training...do wts before cardio...eat before working out if your not...more cal's as well...more proper food too such as solid protein, veg, dalad, fruit and water...no beer before bed ez, c'mon dear your burning cal's than putting empty on'es back in which doean't make sense and won't get you anywhere...always eat after working out whatever you do
