Eat like a king diet

Post by koolaidmom »

Of course we've all heard again and again, eat a good healthy breakfast, your breakfast should be the largest meal of the day. I'm starting a 30 day test to see how this works for me.

Dinner for breakfast, lunch, which is usually a salad and 3 oz of meat, and then for dinner, I'll have normal breakfast, of make a variance of it. Does this sound like something I could feasibly do to loose weight?

Oh, no sweets during the week. (gotta have fun with the family!)

doesn't matter waht you eat but how much.. having a large breaky and thus a good portion of your total calories than you have more chance of burning it off throughout the course of the day...wouldn't make a difference in that regard...where did you get this idea from? sounds like you need a food plan which i've posted plenty of on here

I saw a documentary on it. I've been on every diet under the sun.....

You don't think it's a good one?

Maybe I should just look very carefully at size protions and cut them right in half.

By the way, I really appreciate the time you've spent today answering questions....
