Hello... Recently I just got back into working out, and would really love it if someone would help me with this. This time I'am very serious, and is why 'am asking for help. I'am seventeen, 5'9'', 145lbs. What I need is to gain muscle, and I need to know the proper nutrition for it.
What I need help is setting up a program in which i can work with for five days a week using freeweights, and of course ab workout. Hopefully also using bench workouts. If anyone is willing to help me with this please respond for i need the help.
I also was thinking of following that brad Pitt workout in the website. What do you think? Thanks for reading.
