When to turn to suppliments

Post by audilover »

When do you (if you do) turn to additional supplements to assist with your fitness and physique goals?

such as BCAA's(pill form) do I really need them?!

perfect in what sense.....what Im eating w/ no cheat days.
I believe I've been doing low calories, high protein (maybe to much) type of eating routine.

Now finding something to eat healthy is become easier since now wife see's a bit of change in me. And now I've become a sort-of-a pyshco with reading the nutritional facts on the back of EVERYTHING!

well if trying to gain muscle aim for 16 calories per pd of lean bodyweight for training days and probably about 12 per pd for off days...play with it and see what works
