Also buy food with Money, NO cards. Cards allow overindulgence, money runs out, you can't spend what's not about your person, so to speak.
Also make sure money is tight. So find an old receipt, work out how much the healthy food cost, by taking money spent on junk off the grand total, and then allowing for a few possible price flucatuations, take about $10-15 more than that with you next time. Then you've got just enough money for what you need.
Can't buy junk if it means sacrificing some Chicken, or some Cereal etc ect, but you can when you've got say a spare $50 to play with.
