tighten breast please help
I would like to tighten chest up, and make beasts look tighter. They are small and so it should not be hard. I don't want to look like a muscle builder, just want firmer breasts; any suggestions?
i would go for cable fly and crossover exercises making sure to squeeze your pecs together at the bottom of each rep. here's a program to follow:
Push Ups 2 x as many as you can
Incline Press 2 x 10 (do on a hammer stength machine if you have access to one where the handles meet in at the middle)
Low Pulley Cross Over 2 x as many as you can*
Free Motion Cable Crossover 2 x as many as you can (in exercise guide)
* couldn't find a picture for this so i'll try and explain it...attach a handle to both ends of cable machine and start with palms facing forwards...using only your chest and with arms straight except for a slight bend at the elbow, raise the handles up, bringing together just in front of face...palms should now be facing up at the roof
if you don't have access to these machines than i sugest getting some resistance tubes or therabands that you can tie to something and do the same thing.
let me what you think
