I need a fullbody workout, right now I'm at home with a bench ,db's & bb's
workout 1
squats 4 x 6
db rows
bb bench press
db hang clean push press 3 x 10 for all these
arms cos you'll want to do them (1 each) 2 x 12 for these
prone ab brace 2 x time for this
workout 2
deadlifts
bb bent row
db bench press
bb hang clean push press
different arm exercises (1 each)
side ab brace
same sets and reps as above..rotate through week training mon, wed fri or tu, th, sat
