Im sad with man breasts
hi im an 18yr old with man breasts i weigh about 340 andi wanna lose the breasts and about a 100lbs. Will i lose weight by staying on a cottage cheese and salad diet and riding an exercise bike and doing push up. Please help me i hate body sometimes it makes me wanna cryi really wanna lose the weight. thanks alot

what you need is working out ( not doing push ups ), they will help you for nothing but to warm up yr body , you want to loose excess of fat and to have muscles !!! so you need to sacrifice energy , time and some money of course , crying will help you for nothing , but if you start to train seriously and to have new plan for your life then you will have the body that you want , to loose fat and to gain muscles you need to work out hard at least 4 days per week in gym , to do some cardio training ( example bike ), to eat good food and to rest ( 8 hours sleep every nite)( dont ever think of the use of diuretics or steroids .... ) .georgiaboy05 wrote:hi im an 18yr old with man breasts i weigh about 340 andi wanna lose the breasts and about a 100lbs. ask a doctor first before starting , then start working out seriously , and think of yr diet , it matters more than anything else , by the way if you need a training program i can post it to u here , but see a doctor first ,good luck .
