Some sources I've come across say that doing cardio after weight lifting will burn more fat, which I really want to do. Other sources don't recommend cardio after lifting because it causes muscle mass loss.
Is cardio recommended or discouraged after weight training? If recommended, what intensity and duration? Please help. I'm confused on this that sometimes, I do cardio after, sometimes, I don't.
Cardio after lifting?

Cardio will use up more Glycogen after workouts, but it's better than doing it before in most cases.
Ideally you should do it later in the day, or the following day, but the following day isn't always possible, if you train 4+ days a week, as there will be some days when you are doing it after weights sessions.
It will only burn muscle mass, potentially if you do it too vigorously after workouts, or you have an empty Stomach. If you have eaten some time prior to a workout, the body should process calories not muscle.
There is a potential line of thinking about best, and not as good times to do it.
Best: Next day
Good: Later on
Okay: after weights.
Reasonable: before weights, (won't affect some peoples lifting ability, but for some it could).
