I did a pretty good workout on chest and tricepts on monday and they are still very sore, what's the best remedy for getting rid of the soreness?

Nothing. I personally enjoy the soreness. It's awesome especially when you're in bed trying to fall asleep. Stretching sore muscles feels good too.
You could probably try Tylenol, Advil, or Ibupfrofen to alleviate the pain, but I don't recommend it.

Do a bit of Cardio for about 5 minutes, then stretch, which might aleviate some of the feeling you'll get when DOMS starts, in the following 24-48 hours.

Great, thank you! I've been trying to stretch a lot and it seems to help.

do a few very easy high rep sets for reach muscle is the best way...stretching actually causes minor muscle damage so really makes the situation worse

Other than some light cardio, if the soreness is really bad, I take some ibuprofen and vitamin c... and if I can, go see the masseuse!
