I have been working out 4 days a week for the past 4 weeks, I have also been eating better and have noticed a difference in weight and strength, I am just feeling very drained during the day like i don't have enough energy, i stopped drinking energy drinks due to how horrible they are for you. Is there any foods that i can eat that will give me energy without loading up on sugar or carbs? Thanks!
Not really as Glucose energy is derived from Carbs, including Fibres and Sugars.
Mosty Energy Drinks will contain a main ingredient like Glucose, or it will be listed as Dextrose, or it will contain some other high GI Sugar like Maltodextrin.
