Hey,
Sorry if this is a repeat of most posts here, but I was looking for some help with workout. I have access to a gym but no one to guide me in the right direction.
I'm 19 years old- 176 lb and 5 feet 9 (10?)
Basically I just wanted to loose some of this excess weight I had around stomach but also maybe minor toning.
currently routine is:
monday: cardio, abs, biceps,back.
Wednesday: same routine but I've been progressively upping the weights.
Friday: same as above.
I've been following this for two weeks now, but I felt I needed some advice. workouts last about an hour and 15 minutes (30 minutes cardio). I'm not sure whether this is enough? should I be working out more? Less cardio? Also, do I need to work on more muscles? Like I said- I'm clueless.
I eat about 4 times a day:
breakfast, pre workout meal (mainly toast, banans, fruit juice), post workout ( 45 mins after- usually just normal lunch with meat) and supper.

Hey Jas and welcome...basically to save me time, go to link below, register (it's free) and search the sections there. I have articles on bodyweight training which should be performed priot to adding weights, program prescriptionn and nutrition articles. I would suggest reading those articles than posting there what you understand, don't etc and then we can set something up. Let me know how you go
