How to schedule the weight training program

hai , name is matthew from Bangalore, India. I am 21 years of age. I am a regular visitor of this website. I found this websie very interesting because it gave me a lot of information about how to burn the fat of the body as well as how to build up huge muscle mass and all type of extra information like diet how they are important for building the mass. But i find only one thing wrong here i mean i dont know where i have to start with. I was not able to find any weight training schedule here. In a week how many days cardio workout to be done and how many days weight training to be done and precisely when we enter the gym the exercise to be done on that particular day , i mean , like on monday its for biceps and calves and workout and on some other day its a schedule for triceps and so on it goes and also they gave illistrated exercise guidelines and i found difficulty in chosing the exercises as they are given lots of them . Please give me information about the above because i
feel this is very very important part to be known of the building up mass or its very important and crucial as someone builds up the mass in the wrong way and finally turning into complication.

need to know about you:

- what are your goals
- how often do you train
- what training have you done before
- how long have you trained for
- what equipment and ow much wt do you have access to
- anything else we should know
