bullworker

Post by jd12 »

dad has this old piece of equipment called "Bullworker" and apparewntly when he did it he had amazing results, the thing is, when he was younger he was always playing sports or doing work and then moved on to the military so i don't know if he only got those results because of muscle memory. Apparently it was even used by the German olympic team and provides an average of 4-5% strength gains/week. I looked it up on the internet but it's not a very informative website and he booklet is much better, but i was wondering if anyone has heard of it and knows if it's any good?
