Hello, im about 5' 7" and 138-140 pounds, i have a small/medium frame and im trying to gain weight and bulk up. I drink fare share of protein shakes/protein bars and eat larger then normal portions but I still havent been able to gain weight in about a month. I usually work out 3 times a week doing a full body workout lifting doing 10-12 reps and 2 sets. Recently I have been going to the gym everyday alternating between lower and upperbody workouts doing 6-10 reps and 3 sets.( I started working out everyday because it took near 3 hours to do workouts and its nice to break it up and do 1.5 hrs over 2 days insted.)
Ive been trying to pack in as much protein/carbs/calories in as possible with healthy food and a shake thrown in there once and a while for the cals.
What do u think is a better work out plan everyday or 3x a week?
Also any tips on gaining more weight? Im thinking i plateaued is there anyway to overcome that or am i stuck?
