I've been on the same schedule for like 2 months now, and while i've seen progress in tone and a little growth, it's not nearly the growth i'm hoping for.
I'm 6'1", 175 lbs. Pretty lean, desperately trying to add weight to arms right now, particularly triceps
As it is, i'm power lifting mon/wed/fri and doing calisthenics/cardio tue/thur/sun. I am including pushups and unweighted squats in calisthenics sets. Is this stunting the progress i'd be making from the power lifting or what? Should i be giving these muscles a break entirely?
Hell, while you're at it, maybe suggest me a good regimen, maybe i need a total overhaul.
As it is i'm doing sets of standard pushups in the 50-70 neighborhood, same with unweighted squats. I'm getting around 10-14 unweighted pullups. I'm benching around 155. Also, i can't get a burn in abs to save lately; i've been doing crunches and leg-lifts.
Should i re-evaluate entire regimen? If so, what do you suggest? I'm looking for a moderate (middle-weight/welter-weight) build, nothin' too diez. What's a good regimen for this kind of build?
Thnx.
yo am i stunting myself here or what?

yes you are
If you are trying to gain mass in your triceps or anywere else for that matter, you need to progress overload for about 35-50 seconds of continus stress on that muslce. lay off the cario a little, only do about 3 exercises for your triceps, 4 sets of 8-12 reps and add more weight on each set.
if only 175pds at 6'1" i wood focus more on getting sum full body mass b4 focusing on any 1 area...with benching and all the push ups u do ur probably overtraining the tri's which may decrease ur arm size...cut back cardio/calisthetic sessions to 2 at most i wood say and even that may b 2 much if ur a "hardgainer"...hard to say if u need a total overhaul but it looks as though u may...i'm gonna post a 2 or 3 part program prescription series shortly at forum that u can use as a guide
