In need of weight lost

Post by [twitch] »

Well I'm 15 5 foot 8 inches and weigh 255 and I need to lose a good 75 pounds and have no idea where to begin,
I'm actually going to start a diet tomorrow or in a few days and hoping I will lose a good 50-75 pounds in like 6 months for a family reunion...

What will be a good meal plan and workout plan?
BTW I do not eat no vegetables....

Thanks

Right this is the basic Outline.

1. You eat 6 meals every 2.5 hours.

2. I would be aiming for about 2,000 calories per day, so that's roughly about 330 calores per meal.

3. I would go for a ballpark figure of 30 grams Protein, (120 calories), 40 grams Carbs, (160 calories), about 5-6 grams Fats, (45-55 calories).

This should assist you.

I'm not saying what foods you should eat for now, but his briefly outlines what I think is a good, controlled way, to lose weight through diet.

There are plenty of things that can help to remove fat.

Cardio

Weights

Unsaturated Fats

High Calcium Diets

Water intake

Reducing bad fat intake, and thereby eating below maintenance.

I am not entirely sure why you posted that comment. I'm not ragging on you, but I can't see logic in it. In effect you're saying if you can't lose fat without veggies, then they must be the only way to lose weight, and they're not.
