Hm, I have couple of Q's.
First; those drinks, such as; hot chocolate, iced cappucciono, coffee, etc etc...are these fattening? Or not allowed on daily basis, without restrictitions. A lot of people drink those regularly, and I just want to know their effect.
And what if taken with lowfat milk?
Here is something I drank couple of times, but i searched for it's nutrition facts, and they do not exist, all I know that it's made of these ingredients;
Whole & Skimmed milk powder, Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Cocoa Powder, Approved Stabilizers E412 & E407, Emulsifier E471, Salt, flavour, Vitamins A & D, Water. 8.5% Milk solids non fat, 1.5% Milk fat.
Is it conisered unhealthy? Very Fattening, or what? The other products by this company are low in cals mainly, but I'm not sure about this, however.
And today, I felt like drinking something cold, like one of these drinks mentioned up, i drank ice cappuccino with lowfat milk, with little cream, yes yes..cream = no no.
I dont have these drinks very often. Maybe once every 2-3 months, so?
What are your words on this?

Coffee if drunk should be restricted to about 3 cups a day. Too many can cause Caffeine poisoning, but there could be very mild, almost unnoticable side effects off 4 cups a day, which increase the more cups you have, so from what I read once limit to 3 a day.
Coffee isn't fattening.
The other thing with Sugar and Salt in, is not something you need to have. If you need Skimmed Milk type Proteins, drink Skimmed Milk, then you don't pay for any extra things, like Cocoa powder etc etc. Skimmed Milk must be cheaper than what you posted about, with Skim powder in it.
Hot Chocolate may contain, slightly higer saturated Fat content, than Cappuccino, so if it does, don't have it as an alternative.

I dont drinkthese stuff regulary, just every once in a while, and I never drink coffee, just drink green tea, but sometimes i fel like drinking these drinks, hotchoco, and so on, so I have them every once in a while..I just wanted to know what's in them, and all.
Oh and that drink, cause at that time when i go to the gym, i didnt find anything in our minimart anything that has protien, i tried soymilk once, and almoist PUKED! i idnt know it tatses the way it does, so i drank that instead...i didnt find skimmed milk in a small bottle, so i cant really get it, because it would rot without refrigetor(sp).
But it seemed the best option. It wa a choco milk drink btw.
