Hey, I'm starting a quick four week bulk and I want to know if this is good.
Keep in mind I can't really afford to go out and buy crazy supplements and stuff like that.
Breakfast (either 8AM or 10AM)
1/2 cup oatmeal w/ whey powder and some cinnimon
or
1 1/2 cup special K with 1 1/2 cup milk
1030AM snack-
Either an oatmeal bar or a peanut butter sandwich w/ an apple if I work out that day
Lunch-
Usually a sandwich or whatever is made at home (hamburgur ect)
Mid afternoon snack-
Depends really, could be yogurt with dry cottage cheese, almonds, ect (recommend me something good)
Supper- really whatever is made, most of the time chicken breast's with potatoes and veggies
Before I go to bed I usually have a protein shake.
After workouts I have protein shakes to. I'm wondering if I'm eating enough, and if i should eat less at supper or not. I'm a 180 pounds and 5'11. Not alot of fat on me, a little bit of a but nothing that I'm overly concerned about.
