im eating good and I do cardo 30-60 mins per day on legs and work out uper body.
im trying to lose/burn ALOT of fat of lower body while gaining some mucle on uper body.
will this work? or am i going the wrong way on doing this right?

do wts for legs...you'll need to lose most if not all body fat from yupper body before it will come from the legs generally so think long term and get your whole body trim..that being said you can gain muscle one place and lose fat from another place at the same time but i think you can gain fat and gain muscle all over the body at the same time if training and eating properly
The fat will come off everywhere, unfortunately. That's how the body works. Don't let that worry you. You can hit the upper body weights hard to fill in with muscle. Definately do weights for your whole body, but you can focus on heavier weights and pushing yourself harder on upper body. For example, you can not do any of your sets for lower body to failure, but do SOME of your sets for upper body to failure. Just make sure you are always using proper form.

Can you help me? I went from 195 to 150lbs. and cannot seem to lose anymore weight. I want to tone up body more but not gain mass. I do cardio 3 times a week and weights 3 times a week. I started Tae bo recently and I love to run. But the scale is not going anywhere. I eat about 1500 calories a day with protein and carbs. Do you have any suggestions. goal weight is 120lb.
