hi um wat type of foods should i be eating n how much times aday to eat coz im eatin 3 times a day..breakfast...lunch...dinner..coz breakfast n lunch is healthy and dinner is like mum cooks meat but not all the time

u need 5 - 8 meals a day...all with protein...breaky should be at least 500 cals so probably some cerial (not the crap sugary stuff) and some toast may be enough with added protein somewhere...easy option is to have that breaky than have protein and fruit for 3 meals and then protein and veg for 3 meals and a post workout meal...bsides breaky this is the most important meal as it starts the recovery phase immediately when the body is in it's most anabolic state meaning it wantas food to repair damaged muscles to increase strength and size...there probably some mass diets on here somewhere but don't gorge too much so u put on fat and muscle
