the other day i hurt knee when i was playign football...then teh doctor said something but i didnt understand but i know he said something about tissue
and he said no running and no skipping for 1 month!..i was like 1 MONTH!!?!?!
so what do u guys think i should do between that 1 month of no skipping and running?i dont want to gain fat..HELP!
do what he says he knows best..what did you actually do to it?? you'll need to adjust nutrition to fit new energy requirements which will probably be a little lower but you can still do some upper body stuff along with some glute and hip mobility work which you probably need anyway
