I'm trying to "tone/sculpt" body at the moment, and i would like to without losing muscle, so i'm still working out and taking a whey supplement.
I mean, body is cutting up beautifully, but i feel lower stomach is still the same.. what worries me is the lower region of stomach, its making a pot-bellyish shape--and i want it FLAT--like top 4 abs.. and im worried it wont flatten--although i'm doing ab work at the right time and eating properly at the right time(hopefully).. i mean theres a bit of definition down there--i guess u can say i have a 6-pack, and inguinal crease is on its way..
i heard about the stomach vacuum, but its for the whole stomach, and i find it hard to vacuum only the lower region, i'm scared stomach will shrink but lower stomach will stick out more then the upper part in ratio ..
What are some more basic guidelines for me to flatten stomach?

Thanks alot guys, n i'm followin ur advice swanso, workin out gret, nice results n its only been a week :P

if your crease is coming on then you're on the rite track...sick with the vacuum it works the whole stromach even if you can't feel it doing so
