So basically I am a fitness fanatic, I frequent the gym 6 days a week and I do a lot of high intensity training and some cardio along with that. diet is quite healthy: I mainly live on salmon, chicken, tuna chunks, wholemeal bread and lots of greens and fruits per week . Lately I've really been getting into quinoa cause I really enjoy it's versatility. So I found this product : it contains quinoa mixed with grilled veg, chickpeas and whatnot and I absolutely loved it when I tried it with grilled chicken and baby prawns. On the back I read all the ingredients and nutritional information and it seems quite healthy. But I just want the opinion of some of you guys. Btw the product is frozen. So here are the nutritional facts per 100 grams:

Hi Thed, good to talk to you.
Personally I don't see any problem with that, but obviously eating it with other things like you have done is advisable, as on its own it is a bit low calorie.

It seems like a good choice for a side dish to me. Adding chicken or prawns and maybe some vegetables and you've got a good meal.
