I just wanted to say hello to everybody. I'm new to the site and of all of the sites that I have been to this is one of the best, if not the best that I have been to. For those that are interested, I have posted current workout routine in the workout programs forum. Check it out and let me know what you think. Also, I am working on improving diet so if anyone has any Diet Meal Plans, foods, or ideas they can give to me, I would gladly take note. Feel free to hit me up any time.
