I want to reduce weight atleast 10 kgs in a couple of months.

I am vegetarian
and following below food habits..
Breakfast at 7:30 AM (Rice and Wheat related breakfast like Idly (4), Dosa (4) or Sapati (4))
Brake Time at 11:00 AM (Tea without Milk or Lime Juice with Honey (no sugar))
Lunch at 12:30 PM (Rice - Mix Veg Indian gravy,Dal and vegetable side dish)
Brake Time at 4:00 PM (Tea without Milk or Coffee without Milk)
Dinner at 7:00 PM (Rice and Wheat related Dinner like Idly (4), Dosa (4) or Sapati (4))

I would add something in with the second break time as I think your calories a bit low.
I think you may be eating a bit too much starchy carbs and grain carbs, so you might want to try and change the dinner to include lean meats and vegetables as an example, so you can avoid too much rice and grain consumption, as you're eating rice and grain for breakfast as well.
