Hi guys,
New to this whole forum thing so if I'm asking in the wrong spot please let me know.
Anyway, I'm currently working out cardio and weight training everyday. Burning anything from 600-780cals a day but I'm eating less then 1000cals a day. It's not that I'm doing it on purpose, I'm just to full and can't fit anymore in.
I currently have a protein shake in the morning with a protein muesli for breakfast. Abit of chicken and and egg for a snack then lunch is some broccoli, beans and chicken then an egg for afternoon snack and dinner is usually some kind of meat with veg!! But these are really small portions as I can't fit anymore in. I also drink atleast 4Ls of water a day easily.
Should I be pushing myself to eat more??? Oh and I'm also female

Hi Tiika, good to talk to you.
Yes you definitely need more calories, or you could potentially cause yourself some kind of metabolic damage. You can't subsist of 1,000 a day cou0led with exercise. Sedentary females need 1,800 and you could have more than that on exercise days.
This might seem difficult to try and double your calories, but it can be done and if you want more progress with what you're doing, you will need to try and get another 80%-100% more calories per day.
You shouldn't feel totally satiated on 1,000 calories a day.
How did you calculate the number of calories you were eating by the way?

Thank you for your reply.
Just with that fitness pal app so it wouldn't be accurate but even I know I'm not physically eating enough food.
One little container of food will last me all day and sometimes I skip dinner as I still feel full. Usually don't start to feel hungry until around 10ish and by that point I'm in bed and cannot be bothered to get up.
I just couldn't understand why I'm not getting hunger pains or even feeling hungry! I wasn't sure if it was because I mainly eat only protein or if I'm drinking to much water.
I also wear a training corset atleast half of everyday. Not sure if that could have anything to do with it.

Re: Cals consumed vs Cals eaten
I'm not sure what a training corset is exactly, but if it is putting any pressure on the abdominal obliques, which are on the sides of the abdominal area, then it might possibly be constricting the stomach and promoting false senses of satiety.
Why are you wearing this training corset and is it strictly necessary for what you are doing?
