A question about lower body (with pictures)
So I have been working out on and off for about a year. And there are days when I go hard at the gym and others especially lately seeing no drastic results, I'm in a way slowing pace down a bit. Workouts are becoming shorter . bottom primarily butt is remaining the same and is still "jiggly" any advice on what to do. In addition on legs, I have a an onset of cellulite . Hi Violet, good to talk to you.
I suggest that you keep the weight training at least 3 times a week, rather than just mostly body weighted stuff now and then supplemented with cardio.
What foods do you eat and what times do you eat at?

Absolutely agreed with Boss Man. While cardio is important, if you don't add enough strength training to your workout plan, you can still be very jiggly. Hope to hear you're seeing positive changes!
