Well not very new I'm 59 and finally got motivated to get butt off the couch. Been doing some running and upper body. I've lost about 25 pounds so far since July.
Can we post race events anywhere on this forum is that considered spam?
One of goals is to run Obstacle Course Races.

If you were posting about a race event for the purposes of you or people you know, or third parties or entities standing to gain financially as a result, then no, posting isn't permitted.
If you were just discussing possible options for a race you might want to enter, or discussing training for a race, or discussing a race you recently took part in then that's fine.
