i am 12yrs of age and i have recently started using brother dumbells, they r only dumbells so i am getting a weight bench and a 35kg weight set right the routine i am doing is :
40 bicep movements using a 5kg dumbell
40 tricep movements using a 5kg dumbell
40 chest muscle movents using same dumbell as above^^
10 shoulder movents on each should using same dumbell as above^^
and when i am getting this weight bench and weight set how much should i be doing altoghther and how should i b building up routine?
is routine correct ? am i doing to much all at once:S

u shoodn't even b touching wts until u can do 20 perfect push ups, 10 perfect 1 leg squats and 10 perfect pull ups with bodyweight only, ecspecially at 12 yrs old...all wts will do at this point will create injuries and massive muscle imbalances...i wood say test these 3 exercises and post how many u can do then we'll go from there...search the exercises at the exercise guide here
