I wonder if anyone here has ever tried Fat Loss 4 Idiots? I'm conducting some research on this diet for site and would like to see if anyone who used it had good results.
I've been on it for 1 month and lose 20lbs. Just curious to see if others have gotten good results as well!
I've written a review on this diet based on experience. http://www.am-i-overweight.com/diets-th ... or-idiots/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Has anyone ever tried this diet?

I would play close attention to the weight loss you've experienced thus far. 20lbs in a month, could have just been a lot of water loss for the first 2-3 weeks coupled with fat loss, which if so means the fat loss would stabilise out to roughly 2-3lbs a week which would not be a problem.
However were the loss to continue at an average of 5lbs a week, then there could be an issue of a bit of crash dieting, because even hyper obese people can only lose around 4lbs of a fat a week and anything else would be muscle and people who are 100lbs or less above ideal weight should only need to aim for around 2lbs a week weight loss and many may be capable of nothing more in terms of losing just fat.
So if your weight loss has stabilised for the last 1-2 weeks as suggested you should be okay in terms of future weight loss, as then you shouldn't be losing a little too much week to week.

All I can say is that losing 2lbs a month is not healthy. You gotta to take it easy mate. Just a friendly reminder.

2lbs a month weight loss in the early stages is a little sub par being honest, even if the weight loss is offset by a bit of muscle gain.
A morbidly obese person could be able to lose 3-4lbs a week and that would be pretty much all fat, but anything more than that risks muscle loss and a crash dieting scenario.
2lbs a week would be fine for most people 100lbs or less overweight and if someone was losing 2lbs a month consistently, that's great, but 2lbs a week would be perfectly fine.
